Kieran Murphy
Founder & Director
Kieran Murphy ran the equity sales department of BCP Stockbrokers until 2003 before co-founding Ireland's leading stock market training company Invest Like The Best.
Whilst dealing with investors, Kieran realised that many needed assistance in building a UK investment property portfolio. There are many agencies offering UK property at inflated prices and the concept of a Kuvera-type syndicate/membership was born.

Wayne Dunne
Director (Managing)
Wayne Dunne studied as an actuary at Dublin City University and graduated in September 2000 with a degree in Actuarial and Financial Mathematics.
Wayne then worked for 4 years with one of the worlds largest Investment Fund Management companies, Pioneer Investments before moving to Hypo Real Estate Finance, one of the worlds largest property financing firms and then to a directorship with Kuvera Properties.

Aoilbhe O'Sullivan
Senior Co-ordinator
Aoilbhe joined Kuvera Properties from Bank of Ireland Private Banking.
She will manage your entire purchase from reservation to exchange, right through to legal completion. Aoilbhe is your first point of contact and will liaise on your behalf between the developers, solicitors and mortgage brokers. She is always available to answer property or legal questions.

Kerrie Cox
Senior Negotiator
Kerrie is a practicing Barrister specialising in property and commercial law. In 2002, he set up a company helping UK nationals to purchase property abroad and established an impressive network of international legal groups and developers to provide discounted overseas property to investors.
Kerrie and his business partner Fred Gray are the experts who find the best development investment opportunities for Kuvera members.

Fred Gray
Senior Negotiator
Fred studied in South Africa and qualified with a Bachelor of Technology in 2000.
Fred became an expert in property investment specialising in negotiation and finance and in 2003 was approached by the Property Buying Club and became General Manager. He has developed extremely efficient property purchase procedures involving the bulk purchase of several hundred properties in the UK and abroad, each of which entails dozens of contract exchanges so that each investor owns the title to his or her plot.

Seymour Major & Co.
Seymour Major was admitted as a Solicitor in England in 1984 and in Northern Ireland in 1996 and he has accumulated a wide range of experience in private and commercial law work.
Seymour provides legal services to Kuvera members from his office in Enniskillen. More recently, he has renewed his Practising Certificate with the Law Society of England which means Seymour Major & Co to provide English legal services to members from both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Seymour Major has Law Society practising certificates and professional indemnity in both Northern Ireland and England.
